What Is The Degree About?

Are you interested in people and in understanding their experiences and behaviour in the digital and economic contexts? Then you've come to the right place. On the Medien- und Wirtschaftspsychologie (B.Sc.) degree programme at Hochschule der Medien Stuttgart, you will learn core psychological principles, explore economic issues and work hands-on with topics from media, business and communication. At the end of your studies, you will be able to analyse human experience and behaviour and develop solutions for organisations, products or communication strategies.

If you bring the following interests and skills, this degree programme could be a good match for you!

  • Are you curious about human experience and behaviour, for example in a team, consumer behaviour or everyday media use?
  • Do you want to understand how decisions are made and what communication can achieve?
  • Do you enjoy diving deep into topics and are not afraid of data, theoretical models or academic studies?
  • Do you want to not only learn theories, but also apply them in practical projects?

What this degree is not:

  • It is not a traditional psychology degree - clinical or therapeutic content is not part of the programme.
