Dean of Studies

Prof. Dr. Michael Weißhaupt

I have been working on the topic of "people in organisations" for around 35 years and I still find it exciting! I want to awaken this interest in students too, because that's where it all begins. Interest and curiosity, the desire to understand why something is the way it is, is the beginning of all scientific work.

Prof. Dr. Weißhaupt researches New Work, Employer Branding, Corporate Culture & Transformation and Algorithms & AI in Recruiting.
